Healthcare Outreach & Enrollment Representative (Remote, FT/PT)
We are hiring empathetic and motivated individuals to join a remote team as Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you will connect with families caring for loved ones with dementia or other health challenges, helping them access a supportive program without financial burden.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound phone calls to eligible caregivers (leads are provided)
• Explain the support program clearly and answer questions
• Listen with empathy and guide caregivers through the enrollment process
• Track outreach in a CRM system (training provided)
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure families get the support they need
• Maintain compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations
What We’re Looking For
• Previous phone-based outreach, enrollment, or call-center experience
• Strong communication skills—able to connect with people under stress
• Resilience and persistence in meeting goals
• Patience and comfort working with senior populations
• A personal or professional connection to caregiving is highly valued
Hours & Pay
• Remote, US-based only
• Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options
• Candidates can work under 30 hours per week (not benefits-eligible) or 30–40 hours per week (benefits-eligible)
• Pay: $20–22 per hour plus commission incentives
This is more than just a calling role—you will be the first voice families hear, opening the door to resources that can reduce stress and improve outcomes for their loved ones.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
