Key Responsibilities: Driving Efficiency and Excellence in Warehouse Operations

  • Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in the correct quantities.
  • Industrial Equipment Operation: Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment, demonstrating your ability to safely and effectively operate machinery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in your work.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Meet productivity requirements and stage completed pallets in designated areas, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your personal and professional development.
  • General Work Experience: A minimum of 6 months of general work experience is required, showcasing your ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs, carry, and position product above shoulder height without assistance, as well as consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head, is essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Warehouse Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating your familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and equipment operation.
  • Pallet Jack Experience: Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks is preferred, showcasing your ability to safely and effectively operate equipment in a warehouse environment.

Compensation and Benefits: A Rewarding Package
