We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Temporary Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Customer Services directorate, specifically within the Community Impact team. As a key member of this team, you will provide essential administrative support to the Grants and Contracts Manager and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Grants and Contracts Manager and the wider Community Impact team, including managing the team's inbox, responding to correspondence, and handling queries and requests.
 - Handle day-to-day transactions related to the Tenant Welfare Fund cases, documenting process changes and ensuring seamless case management.
 - Process requests for external funding as a Trusted Partner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing of related invoices.
 - Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers used for Tenant Welfare Fund purposes, including vouchers, white goods, and services, and ensure related invoices are processed efficiently.
 - Provide project support for regional Winter Plans and Campaigns, including raising and receipting purchase orders, submitting invoices, preparing payment forms, procuring items, and arranging delivery.
 - Assist in promoting Winter Plans and associated activities, creating publicity materials, and handling correspondence and queries related to these initiatives.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within social housing, local authority, or a charity, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and best practices.
 - Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
 - Strong ability to develop relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and software as needed.
 - High motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
 
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be considered advantageous:
- Experience in Case Management, which will be beneficial in handling Tenant Welfare Fund cases and other related tasks.
 - Knowledge of social housing or community development initiatives, which will help you understand the context and purpose of our work.
