Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator on our Design & Evaluation team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our alumni employment and earnings data. This hybrid remote role requires 15-20 hours per week at $25 per hour for 9 months, with potential for extension. You'll work closely with our Alumni, Partnerships, and Program Operations teams to optimize data collection and entry processes, driving success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity and Quality Control (50%):
    
- Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring and quality control.
 - Generate and clean extracts of Salesforce and other data to monitor data quality for analysis.
 - Verify data and accurately enter alumni employment outcomes data to correct discrepancies and fill in missing data.
 - Ensure 100% data accuracy of fellows' employment updates from program surveys in Brightspace to Salesforce.
 - Check to ensure 100% data accuracy at the transition from program to alumni stages.
 
 - Data Collection and Reporting (30%):
    
- Support administration of national post-program outcomes data collection.
 - Pull monthly reports on new alumni without employment verifications and partner with Alumni Managers for verification updates.
 - Pull monthly reports on new alumni missing salary data and partner with the alumni team to verify and update in Salesforce.
 - Regularly monitor, update, and sync the "employer" fields in Salesforce to ensure accuracy in reporting.
 
 - Process Optimization and Collaboration (20%):
    
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and entry processes.
 
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in data entry and/or management, specifically using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce.
 - Ability to plan for and execute processes involving multiple stakeholders with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
 - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 - Proficiency in relevant data management software, preferably Salesforce.

All employees must reside within commuting distance (approximately two hours) of a COOP Program site located in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Bay Area, or within the states of CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, NJ, or NY.
