About the Role: Driving Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Excellence
As a Part-Time Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing onboarding and training, and handling various HR-related tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our team members. You will work closely with our international leadership team to execute recruitment strategies, provide HR support, and contribute to the development of our global team.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Operations
- Recruitment Execution:
    
- Develop and post job advertisements on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
 - Source and engage candidates through proactive outreach and networking efforts, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
 - Review applications and resumes to shortlist top candidates based on set criteria, ensuring the best fit for our team.
 
 - Interview and Evaluation:
    
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing comprehensive feedback and recommendations to the leadership team.
 - Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
 - Support the development and refinement of candidate assessment frameworks and hiring strategies to ensure effective selection processes.
 
 - Onboarding and Employee Integration:
    
- Plan and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are prepared with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.
 - Facilitate training sessions to familiarize new team members with our company culture, values, and role expectations.
 - Act as a primary contact for new hires during their first 90 days, addressing their challenges, concerns, and answering questions to ensure a smooth transition.
 
 - HR Operation Support:
    
- Assist with payroll calculations for part-time and contract workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 - Manage performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and develop strategies for effective incentive and compensation programs to drive team performance.
 - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
 
 
Background Requirements: Experience, Skills, and Competencies
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience and Skills:
    
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably working with remote or international teams.
 - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
 - Familiarity with Christian values and workplace culture, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
 - Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and basic HR software.
 
 - Core Competencies:
    
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong time management skills, able to work independently in a remote setting.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
 - Flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings to collaborate with our global team.

- Experience in onboarding and training new hires, with a proven track record of success.
