About Our Clinical Operations
Our clinical team utilizes AI-empowered electronic records to provide high-quality care to patients through asynchronous and synchronous chat, as well as video visits. We're looking for Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physicians who are comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Telemedicine Physician to join our team on a fixed schedule, working overnight shifts from 6 pm to 6 am Pacific Time, Wednesday to Friday nights. As a Curai Health physician, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic, personalized care to patients, working collaboratively with our AI/ML team to improve clinical decision support, and contributing to the development of our telemedicine platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through our telemedicine platform, including live text-based chat and video visits
- Accurately diagnose patients using detailed history-taking and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Write efficient, clear, and well-structured encounter notes that demonstrate strong medical decision-making skills
- Partner with our AI/ML team to improve clinical decision support and provide feedback on platform features
- Stay up-to-date with EHR feature updates and continuously train on our platform
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement quality improvement projects
Essential Qualifications
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (with experience in pediatrics) or Emergency Medicine
- Prior telemedicine experience (minimum 1 year)
- Active license in CA, TX, FL (2 of 3 required), and preferably IN, MI, MS, GA, TN, and OK
- Clear medical history (no board actions or complaints)
- Digital savviness, excellent typing skills, and strong command of English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish fluency
- Start-up experience in healthcare
- Experience working with AI/ML technology
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and quality improvement principles
