Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project One Admissions Specialist on a part-time basis. This remote position will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a System-wide Student Information System (SIS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking institutional notes and tickets, maintaining accurate records, communicating with member institutions, and collaborating with higher education and implementation experts to achieve a unified goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage institutional notes and tickets to ensure timely resolution and progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of progress and deficiencies in readiness
- Communicate effectively with member institutions, providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with a large group of higher education and implementation experts to achieve project goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational foundation, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working in higher education or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Two years of experience in recruiting and admissions, higher education, or a similar field
- Experience working with various student information systems

- Administrator experience with student information systems
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
