Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Public Tag Agent Specialist, you will play a critical role in the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by marketing and servicing customers with public tag agent services. This role is responsible for assisting walk-in customers, supporting office operations, and marketing products outside of the office via marketing calls and visits. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Understanding, promoting, and remaining current on Office of Motor Vehicle guidelines, announcements, and memos related to changes in policies and procedures
• Receiving customer payments, issuing receipts, and verifying reports of receipts for cash drawers
• Completing and reporting the Office of Motor Vehicles inventory in accordance with their policies
• Providing service to customers seeking to pay registration license taxes and issue registration certificates and license plates
• Developing and managing customer relationships and serving as a resource to current and potential customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations and local businesses
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals through new product sales, cross-selling, and retention of current customers
• Understanding, promoting, and remaining current on company underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related to changes in company policies and procedures

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
