About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer I, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging, to join our team of engineers who genuinely care about the customer. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our fulfillment center and IXD automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding and assess the quality of fulfillment center and IXD automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive success.
 - Measure and report machine metrics, collaborating with partner teams to ensure an aligned view on the quality of the product being validated.
 - Provide expertise in automation testing, manual testing, and UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI), ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of our products and services.
 
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in quality assurance engineering, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field. You should also have experience in automation testing, manual testing, and UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI). Additionally, experience in API & Mobile testing and designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control is preferred.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
 - Experience in automation testing

- Experience in API & Mobile testing
 - Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay ranging from $75,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,100/year in our highest geographic market.
