As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the people strategy for our US region and Sales organization. About the Role and Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing HR support to employees and managers within the business unit. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with and guiding management to align the business unit's vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy
 - Leading global HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring consistency and alignment
 - Developing and implementing strategic talent plans focused on growth, development, employee retention, and engagement
 - Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts
 - Managing headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance team
 - Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and other cultural initiatives
 
You will be responsible for driving organizational success, influencing cultural change, and developing strategic plans to support our business objectives. Your expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development, leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions, and comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws will be essential in this role.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly within R&D/Product/Security and high-tech environments
 - Experience working in international companies, managing diverse teams, and fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
 - Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development
 - Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions
 - Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
 - A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
 - A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges
 
A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or a related field (Master's preferred) is required for this role.
