About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Manager, Corporate Real Estate, to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by directing corporate real estate activities within an assigned portfolio and supporting business operations through the delivery of real estate solutions at optimal cost. Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate leases for the establishment, renewal, termination, subleasing, expansion, downsizing, and/or relocation of field offices over a geographically diverse portfolio.
- Manage all aspects of interior design, tenant construction, furniture installation, and move-in activities involving new or existing facilities, as assigned.
- Determine office space requirements based on staffing projections and business plans.
- Oversee brokers and conduct market research to identify suitable office locations, analyzing financial, demographic, and suitability aspects of available alternative sites.
- Prepare presentation materials and present alternatives to appropriate management staff, utilizing independent decision-making skills to negotiate lease terms, document language, and related issues.
- Support Facility Management operations, overseeing day-to-day facilities outsourced providers and third-party facility and project management staff involved with design, construction, and move activities.
- Collaborate with peers in other departments such as IT, Legal, Human Resources, Security, etc., as needed to perform facility, leasing, and project management responsibilities.
- Assist leadership with reporting and other projects, as assigned, and support the Operational Response Team as necessary during crisis management events.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including:
- A Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and prepare budgets, with general knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Intermediate analytical skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field, with 2+ years' experience in, or exposure to, the disciplines of Real Estate and Real Estate Law, Space Planning, or Facilities/Property Management.
Preferred qualifications include experience in strategic portfolio management, real estate solutions, and facility management, as well as a proven track record of driving success and contributing to business growth.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $101,300.00 - $167,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:
