About the Role


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager to generate revenue with enterprise and strategic level companies across the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing company relationships with potential enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule, with occasional travel required for industry events and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including line of business executives, talent acquisition, and human resource leaders.

  • Partner with senior talent acquisition and human resource leaders to close large, complex enterprise deals.

  • Collaborate with our Business Development Team to build and progress pipeline opportunities within your designated territory.

  • Generate and develop new clients to increase revenue through cold calling, lead follow-up, network connections, and trade show events.

  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Effectively market and differentiate the HireVue brand in a competitive environment, achieving sales goals and managing the entire sales process.

  • Work self-directed over a given sales territory with an entrepreneur-like mindset, assisting in creating RFP responses to potential clients and maintaining a strong grasp on competitor activity and client base.

  • Understand client needs and requirements, representing HireVue at industry events and tradeshows, and communicating effectively interdepartmentally to enable other teams to contribute to sales success.

Essential Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • At least eight years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Industry.

  • Proven experience generating opportunities in large, enterprise-size companies across North America.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to creatively solve problems and articulate complex ideas.

  • A strong ability to work self-directed and be proactive, with a proven track record of innovating and influencing staff and management at all levels.

  • Extensive sales methodology training preferred (MEDDPIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger, etc.).

  • Technical aptitude and understanding of how software applications/systems work, with analytical ability to understand metrics and report out on key insights.

  • Superior negotiating skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications


While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:



  • Experience working with senior leadership or executives, with a strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to tailor and present information to clients.

  • Familiarity with the HireVue platform and our competitors in the market.

  • A strong network of contacts in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Industry.
