The Role: Remote Client Relations Representative

As a Remote Client Relations Representative at Globe Life, you'll have the chance to build meaningful connections with clients, offering them the support they need to feel valued, secure, and confident in their benefits. Your role will be key in making our clients feel heard and understood, and you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service through in-home visits or convenient Zoom virtual calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Clients: Reach out to clients who have expressed interest in their benefits and engage with them in a personalized and professional manner.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange personalized in-home or virtual Zoom meetings to discuss their benefit details and provide them with the support they need.
  • Facilitate Enrollment: Assist clients through the enrollment process, ensuring they get the coverage they need and answering any questions they may have.
  • Prepare Client Reports: Finalize and present comprehensive reports after benefit reviews, providing clients with a clear understanding of their benefits and any recommendations.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Globe Life.

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the insurance industry, or a related field.
