About the Role
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. You will work independently and as part of a team to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Needs-Based Review Process: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and ensure they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Answer phones, greet clients, and communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working independently and as part of a team to find solutions.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service they received.
Requirements and Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
