Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Integrity Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our insurance and escrow data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Insurance Data Verification: Review, research, and verify insurance updates and payments on escrow loans, interpreting, sorting, and verifying accuracy of pertinent insurance data.
 - Outbound Calls and Research: Make necessary outbound calls and/or research insurance carrier websites to verify and update insurance coverage, entering, editing, or modifying pertinent insurance and escrow payment data into AS400, LPS, Citrix, and FiServ database systems.
 - Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter updates to the pertinent insurance data into the computer system in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to department procedures.
 - Exception Report Analysis: Review Exception Report for discrepancies and update AS400, FiServ, or WebServices as needed to ensure the client is receiving updated and current information.
 - Escrow Disbursement Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making an outbound call to the insurance agency/company to obtain required information.
 - Insurance Premium Payments: Disburse insurance premium payments manually for all FiServ and WebServices clients.
 - Task and CIT Management: Maintain the service level objectives for all task/CIT received from clients, including opening, researching, and closing of each task/CIT request.
 
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
 - Experience: Minimum two (2) years of high-level data entry; researching, monitoring, and/or validating electronic files; or related experience.
 - Industry Experience: Experience within the insurance, mortgage, or banking industry preferred.
 - Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including databases, Microsoft Access, and MS Excel.
 - Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
 - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
 - Typing Speed: Able to type 35 WPM accurately.
 - Physical Requirements: Able to sit for long periods of time while validating and/or entering data, or performing other sedentary duties. Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of reports or other documents.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Knowledge of Mortgage Escrow Accounts: Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
 - Experience with Database Systems: Experience with database systems, including AS400, LPS, Citrix, and FiServ.
