Key Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer account inquiries in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Evaluate and analyze account information to recommend tailored solutions that reinforce the benefits of membership and deepen customer engagement with our products and services.
- Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer, driving measurable value.
- Nurture customer relationships on every interaction, focusing on customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Care Professional at blithequark, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent role.
- A proven track record of success in your previous position, demonstrating high performance and a commitment to excellence.
- A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or some college education.
- For our Work from Home arrangement, you'll need:
- At least a 25 Mbps internet connection plan/speed.
- A private and quiet workspace at home.
- Willingness to work from our Taguig location once community quarantine measures are lifted.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:
- Experience with Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) or NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as AHT (Average Handling Time) metrics.
- Background in B2B and B2C servicing, demonstrating an understanding of diverse customer needs.
- Premium customer service experience and/or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience, particularly in value generation and consultative selling, is a significant plus.
