As a Key Information Researcher, you will be responsible for driving the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI/ML models that power the interactive and data-driven visitor experiences across blithequark Encounters (DX).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation and Collaboration: Foster associations with colleagues, provide thought leadership, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
• Advance AI/ML Methodologies: Engage in research, assist in driving ML strategies, and identify areas where business problems can be creatively solved using ML.
• Lead and Collaborate on ML Solutions: Work with various specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions that create enchanting experiences for visitors.
• Innovate and Improve AI Platforms: Drive R&D, proofs of concept, and customer interactions that lead to the expansion of top-tier AI platforms.
• Manage ML-Related Products and Services: Oversee functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
• Develop Standard Practices and Execute Large-Scale Projects: Build standard methodologies used in daily operations and collaborate with specialty units to plan and execute large-scale AI projects.
• Productionize ML Algorithms: Implement ML algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets.
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and adhere to existing software practices that produce viable code.

Required Capabilities and Abilities

• Python and Predictive Modeling: 2+ years of mastery in Python and experience with predictive modeling tools like TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, LightGBM, MXNet, etc.
• Cloud Platforms: 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• SDLC and QA Cycles: Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns.
• Data Handling: Master-level experience in handling structured and unstructured data and SQL relational and non-relational databases.
• Data Workflow Management: 2+ years of experience with data workflow management tools like Workflow or similar instruments.
• Version Control and CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with version control software like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Business Acumen and Communication: Ability to drive discovery processes with partners, identify business requirements, and communicate effectively.
• Systems Integration Architecture: Strong systems integration architecture skills, with the ability to translate new tech into business solutions.

Preferred Capabilities

• Experience with Docker, control frameworks, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions in GCP or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development.
• Familiarity with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).

Education and Background
