Job Overview
As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will serve as a liaison between our company and current customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues, complaints, and inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
 - Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs, including assisting with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support.
 - Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, while maintaining excellent customer service as our core value.
 - Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive customer information.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to document calls, issues, and resolutions.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
