About the Role: Customer Experience Representative

In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class service to our customers and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing solutions to customer issues, acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You'll be working in a fast-paced call center environment, where no two days are ever the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and blithequark products and services.
  • Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs.
  • Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and resolving any related issues.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
  • Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed.
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a dedication to customer service excellence, amazing communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. If you have a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience, that's a plus. Customer Service call center experience is also desirable, but not essential.
