Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to every caller, building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, where there is a high value placed on the customer/member experience. Insurance or call center experience is preferred, and you should have a demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. You should also have technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies. A basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products, are also preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework
 - Some college-level coursework
 - High School Diploma required
 - Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN
