Job Overview
In this part-time remote customer service role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, to provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be working independently from home, so it is crucial that you are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time effectively to meet the demands of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to resolve their inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize multiple software programs simultaneously to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously, including but not limited to customer relationship management (CRM) systems, helpdesk software, and other proprietary systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time effectively to meet performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in this type of setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
Schedule and Compensation
The schedule for this part-time remote customer service role is as follows:
- Saturday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Monday: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM
- Saturday: $19.20 per hour
- Sunday: $18.40 per hour
- Monday: $16.00 per hour
