About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our premium clients, providing personalized support, and ensuring seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to premium clients via chat, email, or phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or luxury setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
