Experienced Full Stack Compensation and Benefits Consultant – Global Equity and Stock Plan Administration at Blithequark
Job Summary
Blithequark is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our Global Equity and Stock Plan Administration team. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will work closely with our global team to provide expertise on stock plan administration, equity compensation, and benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
 - Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
 - Review equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
 - Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
 - Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
 - Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
 - Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation
 - Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
 - At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field preferred
 - Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
 - Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
 - Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
 - Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
