Job Summary

As a Client Support Supervisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing a team of customer support representatives, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with returns, exchanges, and other issues, providing solutions and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee and manage registers, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of customer support representatives.
