blithequark is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract with potential for extension. About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in processing sensitive medical information for our clients. You will be responsible for taking in information from clients, logging it into our systems, and processing it through to the next stage. This includes pulling data from forms and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel. If you're comfortable working with confidential information, have excellent Excel skills, and are looking for a remote opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from client forms into Microsoft Word or Excel with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Log and process new cases through to the next stage, ensuring timely and efficient data entry
  • Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle data with care, ensuring secure access and storage
  • Develop and demonstrate excellent Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, and analysis
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry operations and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior data entry experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to pass an evaluation
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with sensitive medical information and understanding of HIPAA regulations
  • Reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Own laptop or desktop equipment, with a stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, including electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
