Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, resolving their queries, and providing solutions to their problems. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address member concerns and exceed their expectations. This is a full-time remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing information and resolving issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
  • Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions about blithequark.com and products.
  • Investigate and offer compensations as required, ensuring that member concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary contact between members, vendors, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating exceptional technical skills.
  • Apply critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities to resolve order, product, and delivery issues, ensuring a positive member experience.

Essential Qualifications:

Education and Training:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Online business Customer Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day instructional class.

Experience:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt, friendly, and professional support.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong typing skills (minimum 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple screens and programs.
