Key Responsibilities

 - Assist with Order Processing and Issue Resolution: Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.
 - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
 - Maintain High Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, driving loyalty and retention.
 - Utilize CRM Tools: Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to record interactions, gather information, and analyze customer data.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
