**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Technical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and delivering information related to vendor management and strategies from the perspective of designing and technology on behalf of distribution for ESPN, Hulu+, Hulu, ABC, and others. You will work closely with internal colleagues (Designing, Product) to understand technology requirements and equipment details, examine and source potential vendor quotes for technology products and services, process buy orders, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal colleagues (Designing, Product) to comprehend technology requirements and equipment details
* Examine and source potential vendor quotes for technology products and services
* Process buy orders and guarantee convenient delivery of equipment and services
* Track and run technology budgets and spending
* Maintain accurate records of all technology purchases and vendor contracts
* Create and maintain strong relationships with key providers
* Coordinate vendor on-boarding and serve as level 1 for partner escalations
* Confirm receipt of equipment at locations, Manage inventory stock, RMA Strategies
* Support multi-faceted information on physical on-prem impression and planning of services/items
* Applies professional level technical ability and judgment to offer non-routine technical support for PC/server farm tasks
* Presents, designs, and fixes server and non-workstation equipment, software, systems, and other assets in a server farm or other centralized PC network setting
* Maintains access control, data integrity, and document framework security for the PC/server farm environment
* Screens, tracks, and records system performance and usage metrics
* Conveys highly technical information to both technical and non-technical staff
* Suggests solutions, equipment, and software arrangements, including new acquisitions and updates, to improve PC/server farm efficiency
* May participate in the development of data technology and system projects
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Four-year degree required
* Experience working with remote and global teams is an asset
* Experience in technical operations groups is an asset
* Project management experience that shows how to organize, find solutions, and see through to a successful end
* Should be extremely capable in written and oral communications and have the ability to create brief, meaningful, decisively determined reports and presentations to leaders
* Strong logical and quantitative skills, ability to go through data and metrics to back up assumptions and assess results
* Shown insight in working in multi-functional associations
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range: $73,400 to $98,400 per year
* Base salary will consider internal value and may change based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications among other factors
