Job Overview
The Resource Planning Analyst will be responsible for upholding a range of Asset Arranging capabilities for multiple Clinical projects to guarantee proper staffing by division. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume client support environment with a genuine encounter in labor force management.
Key Responsibilities
- Intraday and constant checking of Avaya CMS, Five9, and CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint, Avaya Prescient Dialer, and CAS for volume, including inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and other disconnected capabilities.
 - Changing work process/abilities and staff/timetables to guarantee administration levels and execution objectives are met, including checking of representative adherence to plan.
 - Partake and introduce on Adhoc, day-to-day, week-by-week, quarterly gatherings with colleagues and group on work process/booking concerns/estimates and staffing changes.
 - Give and keep up with reports/information in CMS, Verint WFM, and other pertinent data sets/assets.
 - Keep up with correspondence to messages in an expert and opportune way to address administration levels and the issues of the business.
 - Survey waitlisted PTO for extra endorsements which might fall inside business boundaries.
 - Framework support of workers, fresh recruits, and terms.
 - Individual Improvement of abilities to keep up with the range of abilities and professional success.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume client support climate with genuine encounter in labor force management.
 - At least 1+ year of involvement with information investigating/information mining/union translation of call focus volume determining.
 - A minimum of 6+ months of involvement with applied utilization of intraday and continuous observing of Avaya CMS and CAS disconnected lines, Verint WFM, Viewpoint WFM, or IEX labor force the board instruments.

Preferred Qualifications
