About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark, working from the comfort of your home in Nevada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with patients, answering their questions, solving problems, and providing education on various health-related topics. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, aiming to provide overall savings to patients and clients.
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
- Perform numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information.
- Utilize your working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals.
- Provide customer education and routine assessment, identifying problems and escalating them to pharmacists when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, resolving patient queries on the first call with empathy and professionalism.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or a similar application.
- Reside in the state of Nevada.
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not mandatory, having experience in healthcare or insurance can be a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to work independently in a home environment are also highly valued. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
