Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Passenger Service Agents. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your duties will include checking in passengers and their luggage, handling customer concerns and complaints, and answering inquiries regarding flight schedules and fares. Key Responsibilities

  • Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.
  • Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise, providing accurate and helpful information to our passengers.

  • Be responsible for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors, coordinating effectively to ensure smooth flight operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license: You must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, although this is only required for some airports.
  • Ability to pass a background check: You must be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
