Job Overview: Customer Service Representative
blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in North Carolina. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balance priorities in and outside of work, and be committed to making a difference in the lives of our members. You will take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns in a patient and helpful manner
 - Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience
 - Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
 - Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
 - Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark
 
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
 - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
 - High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
 
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
 - Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
 - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
 - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
 - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
 - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
 - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
 - At least 6 months of health care experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
