What You'll Do

  • Updating Patient Accounts: Update patient accounts with new or corrected information and request itemized statements as needed.
  • Explaining Medical Bills: Explain medical bills and clarify patient financial responsibilities, including deductibles and copays, to ensure patients have a clear understanding of their obligations.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What You Need

To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
