Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service Representatives to work full-time from home, providing exceptional service to our healthcare clients. As a Blithequark team member, you will be responsible for answering calls, listening to concerns, and addressing issues in a polite and methodical manner. You will also be required to schedule appointments, gather information from patients and providers, and maintain accurate records of all conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from healthcare clients, listen to concerns, and address issues in a polite and methodical manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedules appointments and gather information from patients and providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Be patient and willing to explain things more than one way to a customer, adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Internet service and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with call center software and technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
