Blithequark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate for Customer Acquisition to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our customer acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement, sales, and renewals. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with a hub location in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Sales: Demonstrate the value and benefits of our products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts.
  • Territory Management: Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, and explore up-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure effective sales planning and performance tracking.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Understanding: Develop mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Concerns and Roadblocks: Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks that may prohibit satisfaction or product usage.
  • Competitive Pressures and Objections: Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
  • Customer Communication: Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a majority of communication being outbound.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date.
  • Sales Motions: Undertake various sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals.
  • High-Volume Calling: Experience in high-volume calling and managing a large number of customer contacts.
  • Technology and Data: Experience learning new technology and data, with excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and roadblocks.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Remote Work: Willingness to work from home and be a self-motivated, disciplined individual.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and products/services offered by Blithequark.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and sales performance metrics.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of customer contacts and sales activities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and sales environments.
