Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our in-bound call center operations team at blithequark. As a contract-funded position, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive in-bound calls and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems.
 - Deliver professional customer service and product consultation during interactions with customers, peers, management, and other departments, meeting specific standards and goals.
 - Assist the department in meeting customer service goals and service level agreements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
 - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service, processing orders and responding to customer requests.
 - Make decisions on customer requests using established guidelines and take accountability for following through on all issues.
 - Learn and continue to reinforce current product knowledge relative to customer needs and inquiries, utilizing reference materials to assist and resolve inquiries.
 - Maintain the strictest confidentiality and privacy of customer and agency information, adhering to security procedures.
 - Perform other relevant duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
 
Essential Qualifications
Education
A minimum high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
Prior customer service experience is desired, with proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with assistive technology (e.g., JAWS and MAGIC) a plus. Bilingual capability is also an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with others.
 - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations.
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet navigation.
 - Ability to type 30 wpm and perform data entry duties while serving customers.
 - Ability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with variable shifts.
 - Ability to interact with customers with respect and consideration for their needs.
 
Physical Requirements
The Customer Service Representative must be able to sit, stand, type, and focus on computer work for long durations, as well as listen and speak to customers for extended periods.
