Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing retail operations. You will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, manage retail operations, and ensure seamless execution of store activities
  • Demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs, propose solutions, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results
  • Perform various tasks, including lifting, moving, and stocking merchandise, as required
  • Operate retail equipment, including printers, binders, and other related machinery
  • Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products, ensuring compliance and knowledge sharing

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. While a college degree is not necessary, applicants with a degree in a related field are encouraged to apply.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred. However, we welcome applicants with little to no experience who demonstrate exceptional skills and a strong work ethic.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise (up to 55 pounds)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
