Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)
 - Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
 - Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
 - Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues effectively
 - Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
 - Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders
 - Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including delays and shipping issues
 
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
 - 1-2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
 - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
 - Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems
