Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, as well as address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services, increasing revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, updating account information as needed and ensuring that all data is entered correctly.
Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities and situations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required, for upselling opportunities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
