You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability, to develop and maintain strong relationships and drive process improvement. Your expertise will be critical in deciphering data from various sources, identifying patterns and trends, and transforming it into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to drive business growth and improvement * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and identify opportunities for growth * Create and maintain comprehensive data analysis work streams to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business stakeholders * Work with US and India Information Center groups to develop dashboards and reporting tools * Stay up-to-date with new platform updates and application deliveries, and develop expertise in current applications and frameworks * Communicate and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs **Areas of Focus:** * Data Visualization * Application Performance Analysis * Error Patterns and Root Cause Analysis * Identify, design, and implement process improvements: suggestions for execution and greater flexibility * Data Storytelling and Coding * With geographic skill, assemble trusted data products including dashboards and reporting tools to support Digital Channels, Personalization, and Devotion leadership in making data-driven decisions on application performance * Work with US and India Information Center groups to develop dashboards and reporting tools * Track new platform updates and application deliveries and develop expertise in current applications and frameworks to explore system performance, dive into errors, reaction time, service logs, define new data collection and labeling, create universal dashboards * Communicate and present updates to leadership, as well as assemble regular presentations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.) * 3+ years of experience in web-based business stage development * Experience creating presentations for teammates and leaders and interfacing with all levels of management * Proven ability to create a vision, inspire the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it * Broad experience with BI tooling (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to deliver significant, rich dashboards * Advanced SQL skills * Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills * Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability * Solid, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position **Preferred Qualifications:** * Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Aviation Administration, or Operations Research * Software Engineering, Data Systems, Avionics Management, or related degree, Operations Research, MBA * Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-Side performance measurement tools e.g. Quantum Metrics * Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana is a significant plus * Experience with Enterprise monitoring systems is a plus * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio * Past airline or travel industry experience is a plus * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Fast sight, Athena * Experience with Big Question * Continuous integration and delivery using Agile approaches. * Regression analysis on performance forecasts, exp. in different regression strategies **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for data analysis and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
