You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while ensuring our patients remain adherent and compliant to their therapies. Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service * Work independently and self-directed, while collaborating with a greater team to achieve shared goals * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients * Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, while ensuring our patients remain adherent and compliant to their therapies * Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information * Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application * Must reside in the state of Nevada * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting * Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and self-directed, while collaborating with a greater team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and self-directed, while collaborating with a greater team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
