Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to side hustlers, helping them to develop their ideas and achieve their goals
- Create engaging and informative content, including video, livestreaming, and text-based resources, to support our members in their entrepreneurial journeys
- Set goals and track progress with side hustlers, providing support and motivation to help them stay on track
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the gig economy, future of work, and entrepreneurship, and share your knowledge and insights with our community
- Build relationships with side hustlers and other mentors, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support
- Develop and deliver online courses, workshops, and webinars on topics related to online education, entrepreneurship, and community building
- Participate in online discussions and forums, providing feedback and guidance to our members and helping to build a sense of community and belonging
Essential Qualifications
- A strong background in online education, entrepreneurship, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
