Key Responsibilities
As a Physician - Psychiatry (Medical Director/Somatic Therapies Director for Mental Health) with our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment services to patients with conditions requiring or potentially requiring mental health intervention. Some of the key duties of this role include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and developing treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
 - Prescribing psychotropic medication, including Clozapine, and monitoring patients for potential side effects and interactions
 - Providing individual psychotherapy and counseling services to patients, using evidence-based therapies and techniques
 - Ordering and interpreting lab studies, including those related to psychotropic evaluations, and using this information to inform treatment decisions
 - Developing and implementing treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
 - Providing opioid agonist therapy and other evidence-based treatments for patients with substance use disorders
 - Admitting patients to the hospital or residential treatment programs as needed, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in medicine, as well as a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia. You will also need to have completed residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification, and be proficient in spoken and written English.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
