Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Space-Counterspace Imagery Instructor to join our team in Springfield, VA. As a Space-Counterspace Imagery Instructor, you will have the unique opportunity to intertwine your passion for Space-Counterspace Imagery Analysis and contribute to the next generation of space imagery analysts. You will be responsible for conducting courses through in-person and online-distance learning, exploring different ways to engage and utilize various teaching methods to foster students' growth in understanding space imagery analysis and policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct courses on space imagery analysis and space policy through in-person and online-distance learning
• Develop and implement engaging teaching methods to foster students' growth in understanding space imagery analysis and policy
• Utilize software and tools such as ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, etc. to provide proficient lessons and teaching analyst image interpretation and exploitation
• Travel to various locations CONUS/OCONUS (up to 5 times/year, 1-2 weeks duration) to conduct training and education
• Collaborate with the National Geospatial Intelligence College to develop and implement curriculum and training programs
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes

Essential Qualifications

• Current active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree + 3 years OR 6+ years of relevant experience in space imagery analysis and space policy
• Experience with software and tools such as ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, etc.
• Ability to travel to various locations CONUS/OCONUS (up to 5 times/year, 1-2 weeks duration)
• Strong knowledge of space imagery analysis and space policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. geography, geospatial intelligence, etc.)
• Experience in teaching or training, particularly in a remote or online environment
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
