The Role: Sales Account Executive
We're seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team and help drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a Sales Account Executive at Jibble Group, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and working closely with our account executive team to improve closing rates and overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in key regions and verticals, and gather necessary lead information for prospecting.
- Outbound Prospecting Campaigns: Create and run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails and calls) to book meetings with relevant decision-makers and educate them on Jibble's benefits.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the account executive team to improve closing rates and overall sales process, and provide feedback on sales strategies and tactics.
- Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with them via phone and email.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, and provide input on sales targets and quotas.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Account Executive with a startup-hustle mentality and a passion for B2B SaaS. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achievement and exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluent in English and Chinese: Fluency in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone and email.
- Self-Driven and Analytical: A self-driven and analytical mindset, with a structured approach to sales and high attention to detail.
- Cold Calling Experience: Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting, with a strong ability to handle rejection and build rapport with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- US Time Zone Availability: Availability to work based on US time zone, with flexibility to adapt to different time zones and schedules.
- SaaS Experience: Experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of the market and trends.
- Immediate Start: Availability to start work immediately, with a strong desire to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
