Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate, driven, and hungry Sales Representative to join our team and help launch our customers, our company, and your career. As an Outbound Growth Expert, you'll partner with our sales managers to support entrepreneurs all over the world and build our company right here at home. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Prospect and qualify new sales leads with outbound efforts of 50-100 dials daily, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
  • Meeting and Presentation Scheduling: Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, and create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Customer and Prospect Communication: Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments, ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects, and develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and/or exceed quotas, and coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience working with entrepreneurs or small businesses, with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the online business or e-commerce industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
