Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Make cold calls and warm leads to introduce products, services, and special offers to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations to assess their needs and interests.
  • Sales Conversion: Present and demonstrate products or services effectively, overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep track of customer interactions, document details in the CRM system, and follow up on leads regularly to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, including call volume, sales conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Proven outbound sales experience (minimum of 2 years preferred), preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication; the ability to effectively engage, persuade, and build rapport with prospects.
  • Sales-driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using sales tools.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of business financial statements.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Commission range: $84,000 - $240,000 per year (depending on performance).
  • Commission only.
  • Bonuses.
