Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals, providing timely and effective support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately capturing and updating patient information and other relevant data.
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus, but not required - we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Active internet connection already installed at home, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors, with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Great work attitude and a willingness to help others, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting, with a strong understanding of industry terminology and concepts.
