Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to work from home. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, letters, and email.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, including Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve problems and answer questions.
  • Document customer and store information into our call tracking system.
  • Promote a positive company image to support Customer Service objectives and mission statement.
  • Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
  • Update customer addresses for our Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed.
  • Make sound judgment calls that align with our brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
  • A flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
