The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative - Remote
We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our virtual call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing high-volume inbound calls from our customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your home. You'll be part of a high-performing, diverse team that's dedicated to delivering world-class service and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
 - Quote prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners
 - Provide information regarding stores and services to customers
 - Assess customer needs and requirements to drive them into our stores
 - Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift, thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
 - Maintain customer relationships and utilize proprietary software programs to track calls
 - Troubleshoot customer issues using research skills and provide proactive communication to internal and external customers
 
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
 - At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
 - An AS or BS degree is a plus
 - The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented
 - Excellent verbal skills and the ability to connect to a modem/internet
 - Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends, including 12-9 pm, 1-10 pm, and 2-11 pm ET
